Kirsten Quam – Senior Co-Chair

Kirsten Quam is a certified financial marketing professional, social media expert, digital services connoisseur, and generational enthusiast. As an experienced marketing professional, she has worked in all genres of marketing, advertising, and public relations to promote revenue-generating ideas and concepts. Her innovative and unparalleled ability to comprehend, create and implement marketing methods makes her one of the most sought-after marketing experts.

 

Eager to share her talents and resources with others, Kirsten has worked cohesively with several community businesses and service organizations to develop strategies to promote revenue growth. A natural connector, presenter, and contributor, she is the past President of the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership Board of Directors, President of the Fond du Lac Girls on the Run Board of Directors (as well as coach for Riverside school), member of the Friends of the Senior Center Board of Directors and a member of the Fond du Lac Noon Optimists. Her real passion is fitness and helping people stay active, she is currently a certified Zumba and YogaFit instructor and teaches throughout the city.

 


Matt Moses – Senior Co-Chair

Matt lives in Fond du lac with his wife, Maggie Millin Moses, and two children, Madelyn and Myles. He was born and raised in Fond du Lac where he attended St. Mary’s Springs. Matt grew up working at his family’s gas station, Ma and Pa’s, which is best known for selling winning lottery tickets including a $208 million winner sold by Matt himself. He regularly attended Walleye Weekend as a kid, playing 3 on 3 basketball, Walleye ball (softball) and competing in the Walleye Run/Walk. Matt’s wife, Maggie is a member of Fond du Lac Morning Rotary, so you will find Matt volunteering at their tent during the weekend, as well!

It is great being able to support different organizations in the community that do so much to give back to others. With so much going on all weekend, everyone can find something to enjoy at Walleye Weekend, no matter their interests!” shares Matt.

Matt is a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones where he helps hardworking individuals and families put a strategy in place to help reach their financial goals and dreams.
Matt is also a board member for the Boys and Girls club of Fond du Lac, a board member for the Envision Fond du Lac County Capital Resources Committee, and through Edward Jones has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.

 

 

 

Pam Sippel – Junior Co-Chair

Meet Pam Sippel, a high-spirited, community-minded ally! As the Director of Operations for the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac, Pam has spent over 13 years ensuring that the Club’s elementary and teen members receive the best care possible. Her passion for serving kids is matched only by her commitment to positively impacting the entire community.

 

Pam is a master of partnerships, having created strong alliances with the local public school district to ensure a seamless continuum of care for the young adults of Fond du Lac. But her reach doesn’t stop there! Pam is also the Council Director for Girls on the Run Fond du Lac County, a Co-Chair for Walk to End Alzheimer’s of Fond du Lac County, and a Mount Calvary Lights Committee member.

Despite her many accomplishments, Pam remains grounded in her roots. She grew up in the Holyland with five sisters and attended Winnebago Lutheran Academy.  Pam loves spending time with her family and friends when she’s not busy improving the community.  Pam has been a part of Walleye Weekend for many years – from going to the Mercury National Weigh-ins to see all her friends competing to volunteering for the Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac in the Cheese Curd tent or in past years helping with volleyball and other volunteering needs.

 

 

J.J. Raflik – Junior Co-Chair

JJ is entering his 22nd year with the Fond du Lac Family YMCA, where he has been serving as the CEO/Executive Director since 2019. In his time, Raflik has overseen growth in several areas including programs, membership, and community collaboration efforts.

JJ currently is involved with several committees, boards and service clubs, some of which include Fond du Lac Noon Kiwanis, Fond du Lac Noon Rotary, Downtown Fond Lac Partnership Board of Directors, CSI of Fond du Lac, Healthy Fond du Lac County Steering Committee Chair, Leadership Fond du Lac Advisory Committee Chair, and a state-wide YMCA Professional Network Board of Directors.

JJ has been involved with Walleye Weekend for over 2 decades supporting the Y and Fond du Lac Festivals with involvement in running the 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, the Walleye Weekend Bike Ride, Noon Kiwanis food tent, and most recently the Fondy Football Challenge.

A native of Lomira, WI, Raflik earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Majoring in Recreation Management from Marian College in 2003. He resides in Fond du Lac with his wife, Angie and two daughters, Jillian and Audrey.
