Tournaments and Walleye Weekend just seem to go together! Back after an incredibly successful first year is the popular Bergstrom Subaru Bean Bag Toss Tournament hosted by Life Enforcement.

Bean Bag Toss is similar to horseshoes except you use wooden boxes called bean bag platforms and beans bags.

Contestants take turns pitching their bean bags at the platform until a contestant reaches the score of 21 points*. A bean bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Scoring can be swift and the lead may change hands several times in a match before the winner is decided. *This tournament does have timed rounds. So, whomever has 21 points or the most points at the end of the round wins.

The Saturday, June 9 Adults tournament is open to those ages 18 and older, will be double elimination and will follow the American Cornhole Organization’s Official Rules.

Grand prize is $600 and a set of championship boards, 2nd place $400, 3rd place $250, 4th place $75, 5th place $50 and 6th-10th places $25.
