I, the undersigned, hereby release Fond du Lac Festivals, Inc. and Walleye Weekend, the City and County of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Distributors, Pepsi, Mercury Marine, and Fishing Has No Boundaries, Inc. and all other organizations, entities, and individuals who are serving Walleye Weekend including all volunteers assisting with all events from any liability or claims for injury, illness or property damage sustained and/or caused by the participation of my son/daughter/minor person in my care in Walleye Weekend Festival or which is in any way related to this event. I also acknowledge that this release is being relied upon by Walleye Weekend and Fond du Lac Festivals, Inc. as permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video tape, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
