Rules Meeting (11:30 am) – All competitors must be present at this time.

1:00 pm Semi Pull
2:00 pm Press Medley
3:00 pm Yoke Walk/ Tire Flip
4:00 pm Loading Medley
5:00 pm Atlas Stones
*Awards to Follow last competition
Divisions include:

• Women
• Record Breaker Contest (Open)
• Lightweight (up to 220 lbs.)
• Heavyweight (221 lbs. and up)

Gear allowed: Belts, Knee and Elbow Sleeves, Wrist Straps, Lifting shirts, Tacky and Leather
Sleeves for Altas Stones. Squat & Deadlift suits NOT allowed
