Annual Mercury Marine National Walleye Tournament

The Mercury Marine National Walleye Tournament will be a live release Walleye tournament. The Mercury National will be a team event. Keith Kavajecz, Tony Esposito and Dale Stroschein will be the Masters of Ceremony. The Lighthouse Anglers and Walleyes for Tomorrow will process and release the fish at the weigh-in each afternoon. Scientists with the WI-DNR are also on-site to assist in the release analysis. The catch will be transported back to the lake.
All contestants must register in person at the Lakeside Park Tournament Headquarters on Oven Island between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 8. The mandatory rules meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the weigh-in stage on Friday, June 8. Volunteers from the Lighthouse Anglers and Walleyes for Tomorrow monitor traffic flow, launching and placement of boats. The prizes are 100 percent payback with 1st prize being a Tracker Targa V-18 WT powered with a Mercury 150hp – plus $4,000 cash with total prize valued over $35,000 paying down to 80th place.
